To access the homework folders from my homepage you have to go to the top and select faculty M-Z and then a drop down box opens and you will need to select "T-U", then another drop down box opens and you will need to find my name "Michelle Torres". Once there don't hit enter, just place your mouse over my name and another drop down box will open and you will select the folder titled "Spanish 1 Homework" or "Native Speakers Homework". I hope this helps!
Conference Periods: 1st (7:35-9:06) and 6th (9:13-10:45)
Makeup Work: Missed assignments should be turned in on your first day back to class. Prepare for any quiz or test that is assigned while you are absent. You
will be expected to take it on the assigned day. See me or email me if you have an extenuating circumstance that might prevent you from being prepared like multiple day absences, etc.
**Any missed tests/quizzes are to be taken on one of the following makeup days. There is no need to make an appointment.
Mondays and Wednesdays at the beginning of lunch 12:23. (If there is an extenuating circumstance make an appointment to see me at another time)
Free tutoring is offered by Spanish National Honor Society students. You may check the bulletin board for the list. It is your responsibility to call and set up tutoring times. Please take advantage of this valuable resource if you feel that you need it! Also, there is free tutoring available through NHS from 3-4 p.m. on Wednesdays in the library. Online self-tutoring is available through the textbook GoOnline feature at phschool.com. I am also available Tuesdays and Thursdays before school (7am).
There is also an afterschool Homework/Study Center Monday thru Thursday 3-4 pm in room 184A.
